The CFO & Head of Asset Management is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial governance, asset performance, capital allocation, and value creation across a global portfolio of owned luxury hotels and resorts. This role integrates corporate finance leadership, hospitality asset management, investment oversight, and strategic partnerships, ensuring optimal ROI, disciplined capital deployment, and long-term value maximization across all hospitality assets. The incumbent will also lead M&A activities, joint ventures, and operator partnerships, working closely with top-tier global hotel operators and institutional stakeholders.
