Job Description
The Role is responsible for developing, managing, and executing market strategies and customer operations within the region. Implementing, evaluating, and optimizing strategies in alignment with the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology. Closely with regional sales and after-sales teams to achieve business objectives and ensures marketing activities align with central marketing strategic framework.
+ Zone Marketing Activity Execution: Based on the regional marketing strategy, plan and execute localized marketing activities within the Zone, such as small-scale auto shows, community events, test drives, etc.
+ Dealer Marketing Support: Guide and support dealers within the Zone in conducting localized marketing activities, ensuring consistency in brand image and marketing messages.
