Job Description
Join the Training Centre Operations at CAE as a CH147F Aircrew Training Specialist. This role leverages flight and operational expertise to enhance training solutions for the Royal Canadian Air Force.
Located at 450 Tactical Helicopter Squadron in Garrison Petawawa, Ontario, this position is integral to the Training Services team. You will support courseware development, ensure technical accuracy, and validate training effectiveness. Your efforts will contribute directly to the readiness of aircrew and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop effective training solutions for the Training Systems program
• Collaborate on standardized storyboards and lesson content
• Ensure accuracy in courseware and procedural documents
• Create performance checks to validate learner progress
• Conduct quality assurance on courseware deliverables
Requirements:
• Graduate of RCAF aircrew course (wings qualified)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
