Job Summary
We are seeking a highly professional and dependable Chairman's Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive lifestyle, travel, and executive administrative support. This role requires a discreet, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment and supporting high-level personal and business activities.
Responsibilities
Manage the Chairman's daily schedule by coordinating meals, transportation, and accommodation to ensure seamless daily operations
Coordinate health-related matters by scheduling medical appointments and annual health check-ups to maintain wellbeing
Arrange and manage international travel itineraries for business and personal trips, including flight and hotel bookings, visa arrangements, and travel documentation to facilitate smooth travel experiences
Accompany the Chairman on overseas trips as required and provide on-ground support to address any immediate needs or changes
