+ Effective execution of University policies at the Departmental level.
+ Leadership and oversight in all Departmental activities including faculty recruitment, retention, and development.
+ Adjudication of personnel matters and service as the administrative representative for grievance procedures for the Department.
+ Oversight and enhancement of all Departmental resources across multiple campuses.
+ Supervision and annual evaluation of faculty across multiple campuses in the areas of teaching, research, clinical practice, and service.
+ Supervision and annual evaluation of support staff.
