**Position Summary**

The Challenge Course Coordinator is responsible for daily operations of the Mountain Campus challenge ropes course, which includes five in-line high elements, five low elements dispersed in the forested area at the ropes course site, two equipment sheds, an outhouse, and a group gathering structure.

The position serves as a co-trainer and mentor for seasonal staff who will facilitate groups on the ropes course and collaborates with the Assistant Director of Events to develop and adjust weekly schedules and deliver appropriate services. The position carries out communications necessary for soliciting new group bookings, planning for group needs, completing booking to billing process for all day trip groups, and scheduling, mentoring, co-evaluating, and coaching the facilitator staff to meet the demands on the course.
