Challenger 300/350 Captain – Worldwide Operations

Your mission

• Captain the Challenger CL30 series in domestic and international operations with uncompromising safety and professionalism.
• Execute all phases of flight: planning, performance, fuel, weight and balance, FMS programming, and flight release coordination.
• Operate in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and international procedures for operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada.
• Deliver a refined, customer‑centric experience; anticipate needs and communicate with poise under pressure.
• Collaborate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to ensure on‑time, on‑standard departures.
• Model a just culture: lead by example, mentor, and uphold the highest safety and service standards.
