Lead the charge in customer retention as our Retention Marketing Manager. Analyze behaviors, develop strategies, and engage former customers effectively.
In this impactful role, you will drive the organization's retention goals through data analysis and strategic oversight. Your ability to understand and present data-driven insights will be crucial in shaping product roadmaps and retention programs. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams will ensure cohesive strategies focused on customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth cohort analysis to track trends
