​Key responsibilities:

• Develop design solutions based on our Bosch and Siemens brand identity, user needs and technology requirements for small home appliances and accessories

• Implement designs with local and global development teams and local OEM/ODM manufacturers including perceived design quality and documentation

• Prepare and manage the construction of models and prototypes including steering of external design and service providers

• Create convincing design presentations from design insights and concepts to user experience and marketing fit in English and Chinese

• Team player in our design team in Nanjing, working in diverse teams with marketing, user and market research, product development, product management and communication and as part of our design community
