Chancellery Employee Job Description We are looking for the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Côte district, a chancellery employee, you will ensure the reception of the public and the handling of telephone calls. You will provide information to legal parties on various aspects and transfer calls to the relevant registries. You will also be required to organize and monitor files in addition to the activities below, you may be called upon to perform any activity according to the needs of the management and registries, by typing correspondence and/or transferring files to different authorities. Additionally, you will process incoming and outgoing mail of the Public Prosecutor's Office, which is the criminal prosecution authority for the entire Vaud territory. It is therefore responsible for directing the preliminary criminal procedure and investigations into offenses brought to its attention, when they concern adults.
