Change Advisor (Claims, OPL)

We welcome a self‑starter who is solutions oriented and passionate about change management.

The Business Advisor will work collaboratively with change management colleagues and claim stakeholders in tracking & monitoring the change effort nationally, providing insight into the amount of change activity, and implementing change management initiatives or transformational projects.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure the accurate tracking of change activities, large and small and leverage current tools to provide insight back to the business.
• Provide reports and updates on change initiatives to be shared with various levels of management.
• Work closely with change management colleagues to perform stakeholder and impact analysis in partnership with business partners.
