PURPOSE
The person in this role will be part of a dynamic Enterprise Project Management Office and will be expected to establish and maintain the capability within the EPMO. This process focuses on the people side of change and looks to ensure the standardisation and sustainability of embedding change within the organisation and for industry clients. By providing subject matter expert input to Project and Programme Managers as well as guidance to business change representatives, the role assists with ultimately realising the benefits as identified in business cases.
