Change Analyst (ID#5385) - vancouver

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Change Analyst to support the delivery of organizational change management activities for a major business transformation program.

The Change Analyst will be responsible for developing change impact assessments, stakeholder assessments, change measurement plans, and supporting change adoption activities to ensure internal and external stakeholders are prepared for upcoming changes and future‑state behaviors are successfully realized. Working under the direction of the Senior Change Lead, the team will contribute to communications, readiness, adoption, and post go‑live support activities across a complex, multi‑workstream transformation initiative.
