Change & Communications Specialist

**Introduction**

The Change & Communications Specialist supports organizational alignment, change execution, and communications activities for our client's Cybersecurity Organization, working closely with program leaders, PMO, and technical teams.

**Your role and responsibilities**

* Supporting the development and execution of change and communications plans for cybersecurity programs and initiatives.

* Drafting and delivering clear, audience‑appropriate communications on program status, milestones, impacts, and key decisions.

* Translating technical and program changes into understandable messaging for diverse stakeholder groups.

* Executing defined communication cadence, channels, audiences, and tools.

* Supporting the application of change metrics and feedback mechanisms to track adoption and effectiveness.
