Coordinating Test
& Deployment activities for customers as defined in service
contracts and development
environments.
Creating, planning, and managing
release calendars and schedules for site deployments, including the
creation of deployment documentation for production
deployments.
Managing and aligning test
schedules and deployment preparations with the Service Test &
Deployment team.
Overseeing the execution of
deployments in production environments alongside the Service Test
& Deployment team.
Delegating Jira tickets
received from sites and internal
engineers.
Ensuring plans are met, highlighting
potential delays, and implementing mitigation
actions.
Coordinating with stakeholders on all
related Test & Deployment
activities.
Handling escalations during site
deployments.
