Change Delivery Support

Summary:
A proactive and detail-oriented professional responsible for supporting the delivery of strategic changes for the establishment and ongoing operations of Contract Management Services (CMS) within Supply Chain Management (SCM). This role provides coordination, process, and analytical support to the CMS team, assisting with the implementation of new processes, integration activities, and operational improvements. The role works closely with the Head of CMS, CMS Program and Change Delivery Leads, and other team members, and may independently manage smaller projects or workstreams, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and timely delivery of assigned objectives.

Support and contribute to the ongoing development of the target operating model and strategy to deliver CMS services across the Bank in alignment with the bank’s procurement lifecycle objectives & regulatory environment
