Change Director (9 months project)

Key responsibilities include:

• Apply structured change management approaches to plan, sequence, and execute change activities that support the new operating model.
• Lead and deliver end-to-end interventions across multiple Asia Pacific locations.
• Conduct stakeholder impact, and readiness assessments to anticipate challenges, understand local market nuances, and inform mitigation strategies.
• Develop and deliver actionable change plans, including detailed communications and training strategies, aligned with project milestones and launch plans.
• Monitor and report on change progress, adoption indicators, risks, and issues to program leadership, recommending corrective actions where needed.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders and sponsors, providing clear, concise updates, decision support, and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
