Job Description

Become an Intermediate IT Change & Incident Management Analyst with Insight Global and support Royal Bank of Canada's dynamic Enterprise IT Operations. Focus on enhancing process efficiency while managing a substantial backlog of change requests.
This position demands an organized and proactive individual with 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT Change and Incident Management. Ideal candidates will be well-versed in ITIL frameworks, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a high-volume support environment. Experience with ServiceNow is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and track low-risk IT changes effectively
• Oversee incident management and emergency change processes
