Purpose of Role : We are seeking an Integration Change Lead to support in delivering a successful integration program. This role is pivotal in driving adoption and engagement across key initiatives that arise from merging organizations, ensuring seamless cultural and operational integration. The Integration Change Lead will ensure that employees, managers, and stakeholders from both organizations are well-prepared, informed, and supported throughout the integration journey.
