Responsibilities include but not limited to below :

• Support business change management across multiple projects, programs, and portfolios
• Understand the business value, scope and stakeholders involved
• Perform business change impact analysis
• Prepare business change communications strategy
• Prepare documents like executive pack and various stakeholder specific presentations
• Co-ordinate with various stakeholders and communicate effectively
• Prepare Quick Reference Guides, Training materials, FAQs, etc.
• Prepare video-based training materials with screenshots/ short animations and voice over
• Conduct open forums/ drop-in meetings during deployments for queries/ feedback
• Participate in governance forums to report prog...
