A major Pacific-based insurance group is undertaking a significant enterprise-wide transformation program across multiple markets, including Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Vanuatu, Tonga and the Solomon Islands.

This is not simply a technology implementation. It is a business transformation program focused on modernising insurance operations, standardising regional ways of working, improving data quality, strengthening operational discipline, and embedding sustainable behavioural change.
