Position Summary: Our client is seeking a senior Change Management Consultant to support their Personnel Management System (PMS) digital modernization initiative and help establish a dedicated Change Management capability.

Key Responsibilities:

Design enterprise change management frameworks, governance structures, and operating models

Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption strategies

Conduct change readiness and organizational impact assessments

Support executive governance and transformation planning

Develop coaching, mentoring, and organizational capability-building approaches
