Change Management Consultant / Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives. Lead change management efforts related to End User Computing (EUC) / Technology initiatives, including new feature release, software upgrades, hardware deployments, and system migrations. Understand EUC changes and ensure changes are effectively communicated and adopted by end users, minimizing disruption to daily operations. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. Create change communications, Infographics, and execute communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged. Develop training materials to support change initiatives. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and make necessary adjustments. Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans. Identify and address potential risks and resistance to change.
