About the Opportunity

Our Public Sector client requires the assistance of one Level 3 Change Management Consultant to support a major digital transformation and modernization initiative. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and expert advice to guide the development and establishment of a dedicated change management function. This work will include shaping the team’s structure, capabilities, operating model, and change management framework to support the successful adoption of transformation initiatives across a large and complex public sector environment.
