Change Management Consultant (Monterrey, Mexico) hired on a project contract

At Prosci LATAM, we are looking for a profile with strategic vision and proven experience in organizational transformation projects, supporting clients in technological, cultural, and organizational restructuring changes . You will serve as a methodological reference for the practice and guide junior profiles in the execution of key projects.

What you will do

• Lead strategic change management projects across different industries and regions.
• Design and implement comprehensive change strategies (communication, training, sponsorship, resistance management, sustainment).
• Facilitate sessions with executive committees, sponsors, and key leaders.
• Ensure methodological quality.
• Identify risks, propose solutions, and lead lessons-learned and improvement sessions.
• Promote alignment between business strategy and execution.
