We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to drive organizational adoption and business readiness for a large-scale AI‑powered Omnichannel Engagement transformation within a global healthcare environment. This role will be instrumental in enabling the successful adoption of new operating models, AI‑enabled workflows, data‑driven decision making and omnichannel engagement capabilities across Marketing, Commercial, Data and Technology organizations.
