Key Accountabilities & Outcomes
Scrutinize daily system changes
Ensure all system changes comply with Group policy and system change procedures.
Outcome: All system changes are successfully implemented within planned timeframes.
Identify and highlight issues related to system changes
Ensure major system implementations are compliant and not disrupted by unplanned system changes.
Outcome: Major system implementations are successful.
Monitor all outstanding system changes
Ensure compliance with SDLC and closure of changes upon completion.
Outcome: System implementations are successful and duly closed.
