Change Management Specialist (Onsite) JP879

The Strategic Procurement Office is seeking a Change Management Specialist to support a complex multi-stream transformation initiative under the PST Program. This resource will provide business-side change management support to help prepare stakeholders for upcoming changes, support pilot and broader rollout activities, and contribute to successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.

The Specialist will work closely with program leadership, business leads, subject matter experts, and technical teams to develop and execute change management products and activities that support readiness, communication, training, and adoption across impacted stakeholder groups.
