The Regulatory Compliance, Quality Assurance and Business Supports (RQB) Division with the Program Information, Evaluation and Performance (PIEP) Branch within the Children and Family Services (CFS) Ministry is seeking a change management specialist to provide strategic and tactical support on a series of priority CFS initiatives related to data and digital strategy. The duties of the position include working with project teams, business areas, and leadership to create strategies, map, and develop content to effectively analyze and execute significant change initiatives. This role needs to understand all aspects of the change and may include engagement/consultation, analysis, identification of risks, and developing various options to successfully transition target stakeholders from identified current states to a future state.
