Change Management Supervisor

At CRG Colombia we are looking for a Supervisor who leads the Change Management team, ensuring all changes are managed effectively. This role is accountable to all changes implemented by central teams and ranging from IT, Core Network, B2B and Mobile, in both Caribbean and Latam markets. Furthermore, it is responsible to ensure all local change management teams are following the central process and meet the compliance rules set for this.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English. High Proficiency level (must).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ Years of Change/Incident/Problem Management or Project Management experience.
• 2+ Years in Network Operations Environment.
• Working knowledge of Incident/Problem/Change Management frameworks such as ITILv3/v4, eTOM or ISO 9001:2015 (certification not required but is a plus).
