ELEKS is looking for a Change Management / Training Specialist in Canada.
ABOUT PROJECT
We are looking for aChange Management / Training Specialistto help drive successful adoption of organizational, process, and technology changes. In this role, you will design and deliver effectivetraining and enablement, create communication and adoption materials, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure employees understand, embrace, and sustain change.
You will play a key role in increasing change readiness, reducing resistance, and improving end-user adoption — especially during implementations of new tools, systems, or operating models.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience inchange management, training, learning & development, enablement, or organizational development
