Proven experience personally owning delivery outputs (named artefacts).

The ability to identify affected engineering groups, analyse what will change for them, and outline practical implications.

Skilled in producing delivery‑aligned adoption plans (readiness,ms, training, support) that enable real behavioural uptake, not just documentation.

Strongmunication skills with the ability to create clear, audience‑specific messaging, maintain a consistent narrative/brand, and run structuredms campaigns aligned to delivery rhythms.
