Change Manager

We are seeking an experienced Change Lead to drive and embed technology, systems, and process change across a fast-growing, Private Equity–backed technology business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-velocity environments, is confident making decisions with minimal oversight, and can shape and own the change agenda end-to-end.

In a period of significant scale-up, digitalisation, and operational optimisation, you will be responsible for designing and delivering change frameworks, ensuring adoption of new tools and processes, and partnering with senior leaders across Technology, Product, Operations, and Finance.
