Change Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Change Manager to lead all change-related activities for this transformation. You will be responsible for preparing the university community for the new Postgraduate Digital Platform, ensuring readiness, and driving adoption to maximize the project's benefits.
Starting in Quarter , this is a 12-month (8 hours per day, 5 days per week) contract position offering a rare opportunity to play a key role in implementing a critical system that will strengthen research and innovation at a leading university.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, own, and execute the end-to-end change management strategy and plan for the Postgraduate Digital Platform project.
Conduct comprehensive stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and change readiness evaluations to inform the change strategy.
Design and build a practical change management toolkit, including communication templates, stakeholder maps, and feedback mechanisms.
