Change Manager

Introduction

Change Manager required on contract basis, for implementation of new enterprise test automation tool across  platforms.  Be responsible for managing adoption, readiness, and behavioural change in a fast paced, IT environmemnt.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the change management approach for the test automation implementation
• Assess change impacts across QA, testing, development, and business teams
• Develop and execute a focused change plan (stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption)
• Anticipate and manage resistance to change, particularly within testing teams
• Guide technology and delivery teams on best-practice people change approaches
• Track and report on change readiness and adoption metrics
