Change Manager

We are seeking a Change Manager to join our team, based in Cape Town, onsite.

This Change Manager will support transformation initiatives within am FMCG environment, which includes supply chain, procurement, merchandising, and operational business teams.

The focus is on driving adoption of new systems, processes, and operating models in a highly operational, fast-moving environment .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change delivery across FMCG initiatives.
• Conduct impact assessments across operational and head office teams.
• Develop and implement change, communication, and engagement plans.
• Engage heavily with business users, operations, and supply chain stakeholders.
