Job Description

 The Change Manager / Change Lead work to drive faster adoption, reach ultimate utilisation and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organisation to increase benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
 You will deliver the results and achievements by stakeholder and project management; solution, process design as well as a robust change plan with a full impact assessment in particular on the Agent Value Proposition Programme.
 You will guide local change leads to ensure local transformation is aligned with AVP objectives.
 As a Change Manager, your responsibilities will encompass:
  Stakeholder Management : Working with workstream leads/ central group to understand and agree the change deliverables from the projects; design a structured methodology and a change strategy.
