Change Manager

Introduction
The Change Manager will lead the Organisational Change Management (OCM) function for the SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration. This role owns the business change, training, and communications outcomes, providing strategic direction and governance to the OCM workstream while working in close partnership with the Systems Integrator (SI), who is accountable and responsible for executing agreed OCM deliverables.
The Change Manager ensures that the business is ready, enabled, and adopts SAP S/4HANA successfully, with minimal disruption and sustained value realisation.
This role will report into the Business Project Lead and will be based at our Head Office in Cape Town.
Job Objectives
Own the overall OCM strategy and roadmap for the SAP S/4HANA programme
Lead the client OCM function across change, training, and communications
