Develop andexecute the end-to-end change management strategy and plan
Conduct comprehensive stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and change readiness evaluations
Design and build a practical change management toolkit
Risk mitigation
Stakeholder engagement and Communication
Provide Training and Support
Reportto project leadership and execson progress and change-related risks
Integrate with HR and line managersto identify requisite organisation design and development requirements
Bachelor's degree (eg.Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or Business Administration /OR relevant certifications(e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, APMG Change Management Certification, CMI Accreditation, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) credentialsat Practitioner Level
7+ years experience as a Change Manager / Lead with experience leading change management initiatives on technology projects
