In Germany - Berlin
| Bonn | Cologne | Frankfurt/Main | Hamburg | MunichWe are embarking on a
large-scale SAP HR/Finance transformation and are seeking an experienced Change
Manager to lead the organizational change management workstream for this
program and ensure successful adoption across the business. In this role, you
will focus on stakeholder engagement, communication strategy, training
coordination and behavioral change – not technical configuration – to drive
user adoption and business readiness for the new systems.
