Who We Need – Change Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced Change Manager with proven Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP implementation experience to join our xPMO team at Decision Inc. This role is critical to the success of complex, enterprise-scale D365 programmes and will focus on driving adoption, business readiness, and value realisation.
The role requires on-site presence in Cape Town, working closely with client stakeholders, programme leadership, and delivery teams. Strong executive engagement capability, structured change leadership, and deep ERP change expertise are essential.
