Change Manager - Microsoft Dynamics 365

We are seeking a seasoned Organisational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to lead and support change initiatives associated with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP. This role is critical in ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes by driving structured change strategies that align with business objectives and minimize resistance.

Role Overview
