Job Description
Role: Change Manager
- Duration: Long-term
- Support Level: Full-time
- Location: Remote (open to EST and PST hours)
- Skills:
- ServiceNow experience. Preferably implementation experience (OCM or other), but we could consider non-implementation working experience.
- OCM experience preferable Enterprise Application Adoption experience
- Project Management experience driving projects (not tracking status).
- Strong MS365 experience, including AI (Copilot and others).
- Strong Excel data visualization skills Vlookup/Xlookup, Pivot tables, charts, and Boolean logic to parse data. Need to be familiar enough to use these, or to write an appropriate query to build the function in a Copilot/MyGPT application.
