  Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced ' Change Manager'. 
  Key Criteria: 
 Seeking an experienced and dedicated Change Manager to drive a change management program as part of transformative People First CRM Project (Salesforce implementation).
 The program shifts our focus from complaints administration to putting customer experiences at the centre of all we do, leveraging our empathetic, problem-solving culture. People First includes a technology refresh, with the Client replacing its various business systems with an industry-leading case management system that will provide Customer Portals and an Integrated Staff Platform.
