Change Manager - Senior

Our client, a top banking client in Canada, is looking to hire Senior Change Manager for their team with a contract for 6 Months with potential extension. Hybrid / / Core day - Wednesdays once a week and every third Friday a month. Can be changed depending on business and program needs in Downtown Toronto.

Job Description :

As the Senior Consultant, People Change Management, you will play a key role in successfully managing and sustaining transformational changes within Canadian Banking. You will own the People Change Management deliverables for key projects and ensure objectives are met on time, on budget, and with increased employee adoption. You will also work with Leadership to increase adoption of the new way of working by driving higher utilization and proficiency to ensure a positive employee and client experience and accelerate benefit realization.
