The Change Manager within Global Customer Management (GCM) Center of Excellence (CoE) leads organizational, operational, and digital change initiatives, ensuring high adoption, stakeholder alignment, and successful implementation across global functions. The role emphasizes structured communication, clarity, stakeholder engagement, and leadership support as reflected in official DSV change management postings. In addition to core change responsibilities, this position includes ownership of change-related budget planning, cost tracking, and financial reporting, ensuring that change activities are delivered efficiently and within allocated resources.
