My client, who is a privately-owned facilities management organization is looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead and deliver change across a range of initiatives, with a key focus on onboarding a new external client and supporting technology implementations across Asia Pacific.
This role partners closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand the people, process and technology impacts of change. You'll identify risks early, design practical and fit-for-purpose strategies, and ensure adoption is achieved without disrupting business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver end-to-end change plans across all stages of project delivery – Design, Build, Test, Train, Go Live, Hypercare and transition to BAU.
Provide clear change input into governance forums and project planning, escalating risks, impacts and readiness concerns where required.
