Job Purpose: The Bilingual Cybersecurity Channel Account Manager (French and English) is responsible for maintaining ESET’s existing customer base within the Quebec and Eastern Canada Region by renewing existing licensing and actively seeking and developing new upsell opportunities from the existing customer base. This is a quota driven sales position which involves outbound calling while qualifying existing end-user needs.
