Channel Accounts Specialist

This role, reports to the Senior Manager of Channel Accounts, is accountable for the implementation and operational support of various channel partner programs and initiatives to enable and drive our channel partners to contribute to company results and business growth in the Information Technologies industry.
Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement various channel programs to enable channel partners to achieve win-win sales objectives and program benefits while strengthen long-term partnership.
• Provide full-cycle program services to sales and channel partners to deliver the best possible experience for channel partners in their participations of company programs.
• Understand and communicate all channel partner program offerings, its benefits/requirements, processes and policies to internal sales, stakeholders and channel partners.
