Job Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of the digital and social content strategy for Optum Rx across B2B, B2C, and B2Provider audiences.
- Lead planning and development of content for paid and owned social and digital campaigns in partnership with creative teams.
- Define channel-specific best practices, governance, and performance standards for digital and social content.
- Drive innovation in content creation, including leveraging AI and automation for efficiency and personalization.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure content aligns with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
- Oversee content calendar management, ensuring timely delivery and optimization across platforms.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and ROI.
